2. Operating Brands and Corporate Structure

All contracts, early access agreements, software licenses, billing invoices, and legal commitments for Appify are issued by and under the legal authority of Sarvasv Technologies Private Limited. All protections, warranties, and obligations herein apply across engagements conducted under the Appify brand.
3. Platform Services and Sovereign Delivery
3.1 Sovereign App Synthesis
Appify provides visual and AI-assisted application design tools that compile production-ready, auditable codebases across four target surfaces: Progressive Web Apps (PWA), native iOS and Android packages, hardened desktop executables, and zero-dependency command-line interface (CLI) binaries.
3.2 Air-Gapped and SCIF Deployment
For government agencies, defense contractors, and regulated enterprise environments, Appify provides disconnected on-premises or private VPC deployments. In air-gapped mode, Appify operates with absolute zero outbound network calls, zero telemetry, and zero phone-home mechanisms.
3.3 Pre-Flight Security and Compliance Auditing
Before emitting production binaries, Appify executes automated static application security testing (SAST), validates cryptographic algorithms against FIPS 140-3 benchmarks, and generates cryptographically signed CycloneDX Software Bills of Materials (SBOMs) aligned with NIST SP 800-53 controls.
4. Intellectual Property and Codebase Ownership
4.1 100% Client Codebase Ownership
Clients retain unconditional, exclusive ownership of all proprietary business logic, schemas, designs, and synthesized application codebases exported from the Appify platform. Appify imposes zero proprietary runtime locks, subscription dongles, or mandatory royalty fees on synthesized client codebases.
4.2 Platform Intellectual Property
The core Appify synthesis engine, visual studio interface, compiler pipelines, proprietary rule engines, trademarks, and associated documentation remain the exclusive intellectual property of Sarvasv Technologies Private Limited.
5. Client Responsibilities and Lawful Use
You agree not to use Appify to:
- Synthesize malware, rootkits, unauthorized exploitation tools, or software designed to compromise critical infrastructure.
- Violate applicable export control laws, defense trade controls, or sanctions mandates.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the proprietary source code of the underlying Appify engine itself, except as permitted by governing enterprise license agreements.
6. Early Access Pilot Engagements
Organizations participating in the early access pilot program receive sandbox access or dedicated VPC deployments subject to the mutually agreed pilot protocol. Feedback and bug reports provided during the pilot help refine platform capabilities. Initial architecture briefings and capability discovery sessions are provided free of commitment.
7. Warranties and Limitation of Liability
Appify provides software synthesis tools engineered according to high-assurance security standards. However, final verification, deployment approval, and compliance accreditation within the Client's operational environment remain the ultimate responsibility of the Client organization. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Sarvasv Technologies Private Limited shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from platform utilization.
8. Governing Law and Dispute Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms, the Website, or Appify services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in New Delhi, India.
